Terms of service and sale

Updated October 13, 2026

These terms govern purchases and use of esoca.ca, operated as ESOCA and hosted by Shopify. Contact: support@esoca.ca. Our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Returns policy explain related terms.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Taxes and delivery charges are shown before payment. Review your products, quantities, delivery address and total before completing an order. We may contact you to resolve an unavailable item, payment issue or obvious listing error; we will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will explain and refund affected amounts.

Product use

ESOCA oils are for home fragrance using a compatible diffuser and the instructions on the packaging. They are not for swallowing or applying to skin. Follow the product and device precautions. Scent descriptions are subjective; products are not represented as treating, preventing or curing illness. Pregnancy, children and pets require particular caution as described in our product information.

Offers

WELCOME10 gives eligible email subscribers with no prior orders 10% off eligible oils, once per customer. Use the same email at checkout and complete email confirmation when required. CA$9 off four or more eligible Rituals blends is applied automatically; repeated blend choices qualify. HOME5 gives CA$5 off eligible oils with a qualifying CA$60 subtotal, once per customer. Product and order discounts do not combine. Free standard Canadian shipping requires CA$50 after discounts and before taxes. Checkout determines eligibility and shows the applied offer before payment. We may end or change future offers; confirmed orders remain governed by their agreed price.

Accounts and newsletter

Keep account access secure and provide accurate order details. Creating an account does not enrol you in marketing. Newsletter consent is optional and can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.

Website content and giving

Respect ESOCA content and other people’s intellectual property. Do not misuse the site, interfere with checkout or submit unlawful content. Our giving pledge is currently in development; no charity partnership or per-order contribution is active. We will publish confirmed terms before activation.

Consumer rights and updates

These terms do not exclude statutory warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable Canadian and provincial consumer protections continue to apply. Updates will be dated on this page and apply to future transactions. Contact us to resolve concerns about an order or these terms.
