Returns and refunds

30-day unopened returns

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@esoca.ca with your order number. Oils must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We will send return instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not send products without contacting us first.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original paid shipping is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee is charged. Opened or used oils are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect remedies for defective, damaged or incorrect products or other rights under applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly. Provide photos and packaging details if available so we can investigate. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover return shipping where a return is required because of our error or a defective product. Please do not mail leaking oil; wait for our safe return instructions.

Refund timing

After receiving and checking an eligible return, we aim to process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to show it. We will email you when the refund is processed.

Discounted orders and gifts

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for returned items after discounts, including proportionate allocation of bundle savings. Any adjustment will be explained before the return. Contact us for gift-return options. Gift messages and packaging are not proof of a separate product warranty.

Cancellation

Contact us before dispatch to request cancellation. If the order has already shipped, the returns process applies. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
